What is the Sponsor/Exhibitor Marketing Collaboration?

This initiative allows you to get free marketing exposure and special conference incentives while spreading the word about your participation in the event.

How it works:

Do you have clients or contacts that you would like to invite to the conference? Send an event invitation to your client list (IBC Life Sciences can send this for you at no charge) to spread the word about your involvement. We'll create a customized email/mailer that includes information about your company or new product as well as details on how your clients can attend the conference at a 20% discount courtesy of you! In return, we offer you some great benefits. See below for further details.

Additional ways IBC Life Sciences can help you spread the word include a banner ad for your site, a PDF flyer to post internally, distribute at other events, or forward to contacts, and ... any alternative ideas you may have.

What is the cost to participate?

This program is free. IBC Life Sciences will cover all the costs and set up for all the initiatives.

What are the benefits/incentives for you?

By working with us, you can choose from special incentives such as waiving the poster fee, a listing on our sponsor/exhibitor spotlight email (see a sample) , banner ad on the Online Conference Materials site, or an additional booth staff pass.

The incentives you receive will be based on your level of participation in the marketing program. Incentives are limited and will be on a first come, first served basis - so if you are interested, click the button below and we'll get started.
